Description

White Willow Bark from New Roots Herbal is a product of high quality and purity obtained from biologically and genetically unprocessed plants.

Salix alba is a species of willow which differs from the common willow in that it does not hang down but grows more like a tree. The bark contains salicin. Salicin is the original aspirin prescribed by doctors until the introduction of Acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) (synthetic aspirin). Acetylsalicylic acid is an inaccurate chemical copy of salicin.

White Willow can be taken just like ASA (aspirin) but without the side effects, such as irritation of the stomach lining.

Like aspirin, White Willow Bark (Dispirin), reduces fever, pain, prevents migraines, helps prevent certain types of cancer, reduces the possibility of a heart attack (such as Aspirin Kardio), reduces inflammation caused by rheumatism and arthritis pain.

Other benefit that can mentioned is the possibility to reduce the risk of cancer of the colon, rectum, esophagus or stomach.

Composition

Ingredients / vegetable capsule:

Powder from White Willow Bark (Salix alba) 400 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients / vegetable capsule:

Vegetable carbohydrate capsule and purified water 107 mg
Vegetable magnesium stearate – anti-caking agent 4 mg

Does not contain: preservatives, artificial flavors or dyes, dairy products, gluten, starch, wheat, ferments, soy, citrus, eggs.

Administration

Recommended way of use (only for adults): three vegetable capsules three times a day or as recommended by your health care practitioner.

Warnings

  • Do not use the supplement if you use anticoagulants, plants or medicines containing acetylsalicylic acid or other salicylates, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding!
  • Do not use if you are allergic to acetylsalicylic acid or salicylates!
